From TSN:
"No trades will be given out since no games will be played over this period. The last set of trades before the break go out on Wednesday, February 8th. The next set of trades go out on Wednesday, March 1st. The game basically shuts down over the break, no trades given out, no price updates are made and no roster freezes."
