H3HFHL is a stat based keeper league -head to head with similar scoring formula to the ''sporting news'' game .
Most gm's already know eachother from various fantasy circles so the atmosphere is quite jolly on the boards .

Gm ages range from mid 20's to 50 's-- so if you are looking for a mature league to join this is for you .
check out the website -read over the rules , read some of messages on the boards to get a feel for if this is indeed yer cup of tea.
I run a tight ship and wont put up with deadbeat gm's - most people appreciate this -so please dont bother applying if you have too much on your plate
It is the Minnesota franchise up for grabs -definately a team with alot of good pieces -but has suffered in the standings from lack of attention to detail (roster moves not made etc..)
I like to hire older fellas 25+ who are looking for this type of league to join and want to commit to it long term .
