Anyone interested in a Yahoo pool where the idea is to pick the dregs of the NHL. You get penalized for production, and rewarded for futility.
I don't even know if the format would work in the Yahoo, ideally you would get points for games played and lose points for most offensive categories. But you cannot set up a league with GP as a point category.
Just floating the idea. |

What about just strictly a goon pool? Penalty minutes only? That could be fun...

Goalies would be easy because you would simply give positive points for every GA. Not sure about skaters though. You could certainly work with +/-, but it's a fairly arbitrary stat. That's really the only thing negative (unless you go with PIM) they give for F/D.
Along the lines of a PIM-only league, what about a SOG, PIM, and Sv league? In other words, "The Busiest Players" league. I'm interested in that if anybody else is. I'll even commish the league. We'd have to do a pretty quick draft though. Maybe limit teams to just 1 line worth of players? C, LW, RW, D, D, G and 3-4 bench spots and maybe 10-14 teams?
