Will TSN also give us 5 new trades on Wed Jan 24th ?

Ottawa starts a 1 in 7 on Jan. 31, so if you move INTO any Ottawa players, you are going to have to move out of them after 5 games. However, Alfredsson can sure pick up a lot of points in five games (unless Taxman's voodoo curse gets executed). I already have Heatley and Emery, and am considering moving Kariya for Alfie, but am not sure.

Thanks for the warning Tax...thinking with the extra trades I have (7), and the 5 more coming up during the break, to also get aggressive and get Alfie:
Souray > Bieksa
Kariya > Alfredsson
Holding Heatley and Alfie and Emery and Ottawa has the hole on 1/31, and I may hold Emery through it, but those other two would have to go...I'll have the trades to swing it, but need those two stud Ottawa wingers to surely continue their tear for this to pan out.

My guess is that Tuques went from Buffalo Vanek to Alffie cos Alffie is just so red hot. Buffalo, aside from last night, was kinda cooling, too.

According to RDS.CA McDonald is going to replace Zetterberg for the All Star Game, what's wrong with Zetterberg, I just picked him this morning, if he's hurt I'll reverse the transaction and go with Afinogenov....

On the all-star roster at TSN.ca it also shows McDonald replacing Zetterberg, but I don't see any information on the injury. I also didn't see anything on the Detroit Free Press either. I wonder if this is one of those "I would rather lie on the beach for 5 days" injuries and he won't miss any time with Detroit.

heard zetterburg is just getting a cortisone shot for his wrist. Its an injury thats been with him for about 2 years. Nothing to worry about. He's playing tonight!!
