Code Cracker - Sadly, I have not got Excel... I've got Quattro Pro, maybe I'll try it with that. Thanx. hoops boy - When I print the schedule in the landscape format, Minnesota is the last full column. I can't seem to print a selection of the page, so it prints the header, and the background color key. I get 20 days (23 rows) per page. | |||||
