Interested in what people think about this concept.

What about the idea of what I have termed "Anti-Gravity":

With "Gravity" A player decreases in prices if not held by approx. 2% of owners.

So if a player would hit what I call Anti Gravity (Let's say 60%), a player could increase by 30K every day until they reached a price level that would take them closer to others producing at their level.

Let's face it, anyone in this thing has Randolph. However, if ZR continued to rise to say about 6-7 million, you would see players like K-mart, Walker, Kirilenko, etc. creating additional options for maangers at the same price range.

This may cause owners to move out of him and into other players creating more variables amongst the rosters. Without "Anti-Gravity" everyone has Randolph until he hits poor schedules stretches.

Guys like Randolph happen every year. It was Stoudemire last year and I think J. Oneal the year before. It can be tough to price out every player before the season starts for what they are worth, so this would allow them to grow into a more realistic price.

Thoughts?

This thread discussed a lot of similar ideas, IIRC.

But still what about the players that are in gravity and are producing may above their price? You get a 30k kick in the rear for having him even though he is putting up great points.

By the way I want to post a MP3 anyone know how to do it?

Thanks Mike D,

I read that post several weeks ago but got out of it once Deadeyes and some others starting going off on other topics. I see the end talks about the same concept.

Good enough.
