I just got three of them, but for some reason I haven't gotten one for the third division I won. Are teams that won a division and top 100 ineligible for the division prize? If so, that would really suck.

I only recieved one for winning a division. If you read the notice it says to print out as many forms as needed for division winners:

"Please fill out one form for each league win. (You can download the form as many times as necessary)"

I don't believe winning a division restricts you from top 100 prizes.

Why is it that they make faxing the form the #1 option? We are all aware of how they manage to "miss" getting all the fax forms. Why don't they spend a few bucks and make it a form that can be filled out online and with a click of the button labeled "submit" you could have it sent in automatically. Wouldn't this cut down on a ton of time? I am sure they could find a way to get around the signature required and the stupid witness information.

Farn, why be so negative. " We are all aware of how they manage to miss getting all the fax forms".

I've never had a problem with faxing the tax forms to them, have you?

Besides, I don't know how I could sign the form by doing it your way.

I haven't received anything for my division prizes. Should I be worried?

Dave R- I never got my return last year. Definately filled out the form, definately mailed it in, definately got nothing. And there were a few posts on the baseball board from last year with similar stories.

I am sure they could figure out a way to make it done via the internet. It can't be that difficult to handle.

Well I guess if they wanted to "misplace" something, they could lose something sent via email as well.

Erik recently told me that he expects to have an online prize process in place by the end of baseball season. I hope he's right.

If it's possible to file taxes electonically without a written signature I would imagine they could come up with some way to file a prize claim online.

Real cool! I again got an email congratulating me and telling me I am not eligible. TSN needs to fix this thing soon because they have not made any progress enabling Europeans (and others) to win prizes. They were talking about this 3 years ago and nothing happened since.

Edgar, think of it this way. Because you weren't eligible,
Deadeyes got to get a top 100 prize. That should be reward
enough ;-)

I did not see you as the type to kick a guy when he was down ;)

Congrats

I was just kidding, but if I was not eligible for a prize (like Edgar) and then Deadeyes became eligible as a result....ugh!

I still haven't received any prize notification email yet. Will I be cheated by TSN? I won two division titles. Is there anyone else in the same situation?

I received my notification on 4/20. I have never been cheated by TSN. It has taken a good deal of time depending on the sport, but I have always received my money.

I already sent an email to the address in #12, but there's no response for 3 days. In #9, it says that we have to respond within 15 days. That's what I am worried. Actually, I didn't get my prize two years ago and got no response from TSN, so I decided not to play last year. If I can't get my prize this year again, I think I will think I am cheated, and will never pay for this game in the future. Hope this won't happen.

Ok gang, we are not in the habit of not responding to our members. In recent months we have been having trouble with member spam filters which has been problematic. There are a few solutions.
1. Write me directly at lcourtines@sportingnews.com
2. Post your prize inquiry on our prize forum at Prize Forum
3. In both cases please provide the following information:
- Member/Log in Name:
- Email Address:
- Team Name:
- Game your prize is for:
- Alternative Email address or phone number so that we contact you.

Thanks a lot and I hope we can get everyones individual issues resolved.

Sincerely,
Larry

Dear Manager,

If you can provide me with the exact date and time you sent your fax, I will be able to confirm that we received it. Otherwise, with the high volume of faxes coming in now, it would be impossible to confirm at this time.

Sincerely,
The Commish

Thanks to TSN for responding to my email quickly. I unexpectedly won a top 100 prize, even though my WWR was only 171. Did anyone get a top 100 with a worse WWR than mine?
