Daylight Saving time ended last night, and clocks were set back an hour. If you're on the European continent, you'll have to wait an hour later for games to start (and end).

This is new for Hoosiers this year as well. The extra hour of sleep was a beautiful thing.

Thank for the heads up Guru. Actually, the DST spoiled my initial roster as Europe switched back from DST two weeks earlier than the US, i.e. on Sunday before season tipoff. But I didn't know then. Means when I wanted to draft Webster and Aldridge at what I believed to be half an hour before tipoff, the Blazers game had already started. What a bummer, eh? ;)

Works out great for us Arizoanians too. Instead of NFL Football at 10am we now get it at 11am. And NBA games won't start until at least 5pm local time.
(Arizona doesn't change times when the rest of the country does)

Sad to see the hour go... Now the earliest a game starts, is around 1am instead of midnight.
At least we have some early games today :)

Farn, is AZ the last holdout state? until this year, IN was with you. I loved the longer summer evenings. Soulman, you probably know this by now but I think this year DST was extended by a few weeks in the US. Of course, being a Hoosier, I'm not the world's foremost authority on DST.

PR, thanks for notifying me, but after the disaster with my Blazers-free intial roster, I now know about the quirks of DST in the US. ;) Actually I set the tool that was supposed to alert me shortly before tipoff to now take into account the altered DST switch dates.
