Re: 8

Actually, Haywood got his 3rd foul in the 3rd Q. He hasn't been in foul trouble at all tonight. He's just being the old Haywood we all know and loved.

Tyrus Thomas looks tremendous tonight. Very hard fought win for Chicago. Great Central Division matchup.

re 11: I couldn't believe that was the same Tyrus Thomas that I
saw in Milwaukee on Saturday night. Then, he looked like it was
the first time he'd seen a basketball. Wonder why Saunders
decided not to use his most athletic shot-blocker - Maxiell - after
it became evident that Sheed either couldn't or wouldn't guard
Thomas or keep him off the boards.

I agree...down the stretch place Maxy on Thomas. I thought the same and also wanted to see more minutes from Max.

Horrible night for me...I mean HORRIBLE.

CJ - they certainly weren't going to sit Sheed, as hot as he was, but
Dice didn't do much all night, and it was apparent that Thomas was
playing out of his mind. Especially after Maxiell played so well last
time out, I just couldn't figure this one out.

Yeah, I own Maxiell, but this isn't ALL whining.

The sad thing is that I looked at the Wizards box score and thought to myself, "Crap, Blatche finally had a good game now that I've sold him for Maxiell". That's how lowered my expectations are. The really sad thing is that with 9.5 he did better than his replacement. Worst season ever.

I still have Bass...

Sitting, though I have to figure out how to get Azu on
Wednesday. Nelson may have to go then, though I should have
enough in the bank that I could trade up Bass or Williams to Azu
without any other trade.

Harrington is also looking more appealling since he can be a
Center.

I still have 3 trades, but I think for this week I am set.
Wednesday I may use a couple to get on hot players that are way
cheaper. Nelson has been slightly underperforming for his
price.

so close... per rotoworld:

Antonio McDyess strained his left shoulder in Thursday's game, but he shouldn't miss any playing time.

If he were to go down, Jason Maxiell would be fun to own, but it sounds like McDyess is fine.

20,

the sky is falling already SU? you're good enough, smart enough...

21,

I can't understand how you are now talking about trading williams after 1 game, when you were sure enough about him to hold him through 0 games in the first week. good work holding bass though.

Qwert...I think there is an element of the game that we disagree
on...

You have to have producers at every position. How much sense
does it make to have between 2-5 million in the bank, if I could
use the money for a more consistent performer in one of the
positions. So, yes, while I think Williams will be a good
performer for the 500K, Azu will be a better performer that I can
afford with one trade. Watching Bass play for the first time
changed my perspective on him. I understand his position
better, he is the key back up to Diop as Dampier is injured.
Diop has always been a foul magnet, so it doesn't surprise me
that he will get plenty of minutes. Plus, he plays hard and gets
rebounds and Blocks. Though, with Diogu out, Williams is in a
similar position. I have to see this week which position I trade.
but chances are I only need one 500k guy, unless they both
consistently put up over 25 or so..at which point, I could use the
money to upgrade a mid range guy into one of the lower tier
studs (Manu, or someone of that price range with a better
schedule).

I am sorry my thinking is so offensive to you...
