I guess this should have been done yesterday. |

I haven't the best score yesterday but i am very lucky that i did the move Artest/BMiller to Camby/Alston.
Is Paul to Kidd the big move today?
I don't want to trade Paul because i like the move to Dwight Howard on Saturday more. So what do you think how much will Paul lose today?

At this point, I don't care how much Paul loses. I sure enjoyed the 62.5 last night and have a hunch , that all that traded the day before would have enjoyed them as well.
My plan is to move Paul to Kobe after his B2B.

3 Echo that. Paul -> Kobe too on Sunday. Really don't care about Paul losses the next 3 days.
Skipping Kidd on that team. I have started to divide my teams and will go Paul -> Kidd on another one though.

Wade working on my nerves, what the hell possessed me to get him I wonder. Wade to Kidd is very tempting I must say. Paul becomes Dwight (or Kobe), if I go Wade to Kidd today, then my window to Kobe might open. Risky business though. Down to one trade on a thursday...
Not easy managing a team in an internet cafe. Gonna pounder this a bit...

I really like the Paul to Kobe move but i am not sure if my window will hold for these two trades:
Saturday
Al Jeff - Dwight Howard
Sunday
Paul - Kobe
My window is now at 390k. What do you think?

On the fence Turnabouts. Kobe and Howard won't gain much but Al Jeff and Paul will see significant sells today and a bit everyday I think. Will be very close in one way or another.

Turnabouts -- i read on Rotoworld that Jefferson didn't play the 4th qtr. after landing awkwardly. They were also being blown out, but keep an eye on it.

So Wade didnt play, I guess I had that one coming. So Wade to Kidd for me today and tomorrow Paul to Kobe. Have a 220k window, that should hold.

Only 2 trades left this week. One is to be used trading out of Chris Paul tomorrow.
I have Udrih. Should I go Udrih -->Scola or just hold Udrih and consider that spot filled for the balance of the season? I can't go to anyone higher than Udrih or my window would close on Paul to Kobe. (Current window is $110K)

Sorry for my silence, wasn't really around the last few days. Had barely enough online time to do the planned moves and to see that most of my guys have sucked incredibly. Tried to keep pace by blowing trade after trade, but this surely is gonna bite me later on.

I have been pretty silent too, but without internet access at home, it aint easy. Have no trades left either... And if the telephone company wants to come now, that would be wonderful.

I vote for the introduction of a new rule in GMD called "The Soulman rule" that clearly states it's prohibited to gain 194 pts on me in one night as this behavior is unfair and unethical and totally against the purpose of the game. Thanks.

At least he's your team mate. It would have been worse if he was a Bandwagoner, T-Wolve or Weykool player.
I ONLY lost 130 or so points to him.
Nice night Soulman!

#20 LOL Gescom! Actually, I think it was perfectly ethical. After all, I didn't take away from you second place in the RFC, did I? ;)
#21 Thanks bd! After losing about 2 gazillion points within the last week for having all the bad differentiators, I was due for a decent night. Means my team can go back to sucking, effective today.
BTW: It feels like every Bandwagoner DOES gain 194 points on each of us. Each night. Plus they must get about 8-10 trades a week, as they have 6's where we have 1's in the trade column. Among us only Dave seems to be able to control the urge to blow trade after trade...

Almost dodged a bullet for once with being short on Marion, so I went Amare to Gasol, but Pau rolled his ankle especially for me. Sorry team I suck.

So I was the only smart one to get Gasol. Guess I'll move him again today. The irony of this whole situation is I happen to live in Spain. Gracias Pau.

Damn, I just blew three trades and my team is a complete mess. Right now I have a hard time not to despair about it, especially with all my differentiators either sitting or sucking beyond belief. I have a feeling that practically every single one of all my latest moves completely backfired. Perhaps it would be better if I left my team for two weeks and hope that miraculously my guys are kind enough to suit up or at least get some production. It is ridiculous.
Sorry for venting.

Soulman, take it easy, because the greatest idiot of all am I! With the summertime change (only in the U.S), i expected to have one more hour to do my trades. When I came home, I just could watch Marion sit, and LeBron explode(which I wanted back from Gino yesterday)! So 60 points blown in the wind. A wise man on another thread said: "I just pretend this didn't happen!" I'm trying to do the same. My thought was Marion -> LeBron today! So, what yo guys think.

Ah yeah, the infamous discrepancy in DST change dates. I made the same mistake on season opening day, missing the Portland game and thus Aldridge and Webster. Guess it was already and outlook on how my season will turn out.

#34 Honestly, I have no idea myself what to do with Marion. Lebron is an upgrade for sure (albeit a short-term one) but I have him already.
Now if I sell Marion today, he'll suit up the next game and throw 40s until the end like I thought he would, while the guy I get for him gets injured during player introduction. If I hold Marion he'll be a GTD until next November and I'll be bringing up this very discussion every other day. Bah.
So any team preferences here?

I am tired of Kidd, so hes likely gone today. Not sure which direction I am going though.
Soulman,
Who are you looking at as a replacement?

Only option that seems to make sense is Jamison. Every other option is already on my roster or will be added from another slot shortly.

Soulman, I have Marion on some teams and plan on holding with the hope he plays. If I hear or see he is out I'll move him to Amare, who plays later at night.
Jamison is an option but he fits better later from others.

I agree that Jamison works well later on. From Lebron for instance...
I am seriously doubting between 2 roads... a. Kidd to Baron today, leave Moon alone tomorrow b. Kidd to Gay(Or Jax) today, Moon to Ellis tomorrow.
And Im 50/50 right now.

Thanks - you guys convinced me, I'm holding. Plus I just read Marion is hoping to play through the injury which at least shows it's not totally out of the world that he will suit up.
#41 Would like to help but I'm 50/50 on your debate as well... ;)
