Thanks Farn,

Hopefully, that will change our luck and improve the stats for the period.

Thanks G...I'm pretty happy with my team right now.

I'm sure that will last a couple hours.

Gasuck!

Tonight I can laugh about it. Pre all-star break I had an injured player (can't remember who) that I moved to Camby who DNP'd. Net result 1 trade, 0 pts. That is actually better than tonight when I moved Lebron --> Gasol. Net result 1 trade, -.5 pts. What is the value of trade again?

G: At least you avoided the .22 loss on Lebron. My RV has been steadily going backward lately. I held Lebron and Amare another game for another big loss but at least avoided Marion who was my original target. However, I should have gone to Odom who was my other option which I did on another team.

T-wolves

T. Diener played 20 minutes and got exactly 0 pts. 20 minutes and 0 pts. Wow. Did you pick him up on your basic team like you said you were thinking?

Almost no time to look at stuff today so if anyone has any thoughts on what to do with Gasol, I would take any and all advice.

G: I did trade a non-playing zero for a playing zero. The only good thing, it was not a minus and it was in the free basic game. Besides, I had to let you catch up.

I think Gasol may be out for a game or two since it sounded serious enough for him not to return to a big game. At best will be a game time decision. He likely will take a hit today but holding may give you the most flex if it sounds like he is going to play. There are not a lot a great options today except maybe trading back to Lebron early.

G...I think I agree with Paul...I might be inclined to go back to Lebron and forget this whole thing ever happened. Only Boston can pick you up a game and they are all incredibly inconsistent.

There aren't really any forwards that you don't have that are lighting it up. Unless you want to take a chance on Camby?

Well when I saw Gasol got injured, my first thought was back to Lebron. I asked advice and the advice came in beack to Lebron. But..... I just couldn't live with 2 trades = -.5 so I decided to make the situation worse and went Gasol --> Stoudemire.

I will then go Stoud --> Lebron and Jefferson back to Stoud. I am sure this will be additional trade failure but when you are 50 does it really matter?

Who do you think loses more tonight? Ginobili or Williams?

I think think both lose but Williams a little more because of the Kobe or Paul cost. Utah's schedule ends and Gino could be held if necessary.

Farn,

I like Kobe for you G. I am going D Will --> Kobe and holding Gino and Duncan. I agree on the pts on D Will over Gino but I prefer the option to hold longer if need be/want to.

Given our team name, I have to ask the question, for the last period, are we going the direction of last years t-wolves or since KG is gone to Boston now, are we going to fight to the end?

Timberwolves owner Glen Taylor Tuesday said Kevin Garnett "tanked it" last season.
When the suggestion was made that the Wolves tanked last season, Taylor put the blame solely on Garnett. "It was more like, I'd say, K.G. tanked it," Taylor said today. Garnett, who missed the last five games with a sore right quad, took himself out of the lineup late last season, Taylor said.

Good question G!

It sounds like we may need to rename the team for the next period since we are opposed to "tanking" it.
