i noticed both rotoworld and rotowire have a draft kit for sale.
is this indeed the same kit with the same numbers.?

anyone know of any other decent ones out there. cbs.com fantacy sports has a free one but i've no idea what stat catigories and ranking system it is based on.

I guess mums the word. From what I saw in a quick read on the free site you mentioned, their rankings at least are about worth what you are paying for them.

I once purchased the draft kit from TSN and OMG it was absolutely atrocious. They had players on the wrong teams even from trades made early in the summer and it affected all their projections, obviously. This was a few years back. I crowed about it to no avail.

I'm considering buying into a draft kit or two this year. I generally try to avoid paying extra cash for others to do the work I ought to do by reading simple free newspaper articles, but then again having a research assistant for a nominal fee does have its advantages esp. with regards to efficiency on time.

I understand fantasybasketball.com has an inexpensive basketball draft kit available for the first time ever, and I'm curious to know if anyone finds it worth anything or not.

I've been impressed with ESPN's free content, though I am still annoyed about needing to pay for an 'insider' subscription for their fantasy 'spin' comments on player news and such.

Last year Rotoworld.com had some free content as a teaser for their paid draft kit - such as one of the five positions broken down in terms of their tiers, etc., but I'm not sure that's in place this year. I would expect their content to be solid.

I think Rotowire also has a draft kit that may even include sortable/excel-based fantasy projections. But I have not tried them in a while.

Rotowire does have a draft kit. Rankings can be customized for your individual league's scoring

The draft kit is free.... Rotowire isn't.

Rotoworld's draft kit costs around $15 if I recall. It also can be tailored for your league.

Both rankings can be transferred to Excel.
