Waivers will clear on Monday.

Don't forget to set your lineups. By default, all of your players will be on the bench until you move them into starting slots.

Guidelines for Injury Slot designations are in a separate thread.

I'm on holiday skiing in Italy for a week starting tomorrow, and i probably won't have much (if any) internet access. I've set my lineups until i come back, but just in case my lineups are whacko for any reason. I'll fix it if and when i can.

I've got this huge glut of PGs (Paul, Ridnour, Brooks, Alston, Robinson, Mayo, Augustin) and a large lead in assists. It looks like the assists category is a pretty close race, especially from 5th to 11th. I'd be happy to trade one or two point guards for help in any other areas. I'm unlikely to trade Paul or Robinson unless the offer is really really good.

You gave it to me this time. There had only been 3 trades in this league for the entire season approaching the deadline.

True, but since I had one in the works, and the league is so competitive, with most managers very active, I figured folks would be calculating the best way to bust a move and would, of course, be holding out for overly optimistic deals (you should have seen one offer I received)- but then facing the deadline, deals would get realistic and a few would get done. But I guess guys either decided the grass wasn't greener, or just couldn't quite agree on equal value. I mean obviously everyone was working the war room up to the deadline.

Bonner has managed an impressive 3.4 points/game over his last five games. At this point I figured Flip Murray couldn't do any worse. Especially with the increased minutes he would be getting with Marvin Williams out for the season. And Murray scored 3 points in his first game on my team. I guess someone has to balance out the ridiculously lucky games I been getting from some of my other scrubs (ie. Powe, Bobby Jackson, etc.).

Come on, Hibachi! I'm counting on you returning for 5 random games this season, averaging 35/6/6 with 2 3s and steals on 50% FG and 98% FT percentages. That will shove me into "I might not be relegated from RIHC" territory!

I knew when i drafted him in the 10th round that he'd be a lock to play 5 random games in the last month of the regular season ;)

Wow, seventh place. I feel like I'm in rare air for me this season. Looks like all I needed was to get totally healthy while everyone else loses their key players for the season. I should have figured out this plan a little earlier. I could be in first!

How crazy are these standings? Spots 2 through 7 separated by a mere 3 points. A point and a half +/- and you can conceivably have a 6-way tie for 2nd place.

Yahoo was late updating the stats. It gets even crazier. Spots 2 through 7 only separated by 1.5 points!!

Oh man what a tight league. I screwed up planning my games because on the "my team" page Yahoo shows extra dates beyond the end of the season. I stupidly thought that meant I still had a few days to ration my players. Oh well.

It sucks that only the top 4 get to stay in the league after a season like this. How about an amendment to extend the "keepers" to top 8 or something?

I can only lose 0.5 points in FG%.

I can only gain 1.0 points in REB and 0.5 in FG%.

So I will at worst post a 56. I could at best post a 57.5. Hopefully that's enough to stick in the top 4!

Yeah, Species you're set up pretty good. I can gain 1.5 points in points which would put me at 55 like everyone else. Mike D is treading on dangerous ground by my estimates.

Dangerous ground indeed. I can move up or down 3 points, possibly 4. And I don't have that many going tonight (5 I think). Oh well, no big deal......PR, maybe NOW you'll trade LeBron to me. ;)

I may have the distinct dishonor of the lowest RIHC finish ever by a team who drafted Lebron. And my second round pick, Yao, stayed pretty healthy all year. Joe Johnson was nice. (Ok, I'll eat what I said about Billups going too early, Mike. He turned out pretty good this year after the trade.) As a Pacer fan, I should have known things would go south the moment I drafted Ron Artest onto my team in the fourth. I don't think he's ever shot this poorly ever. I had no idea that even in a contract year, he would underwhelm. Dunleavy turned out to be a bad bad gamble in the early fifth round. I should have listened to my gut and passed on him. Something kept telling me "something's not right." Turns out it was my fantasy judgment this year. Oh well. Even on the outside looking in at the leaderboard after the first six weeks or so, it was fun to see so much movement in the standings from week to week. Looks like my stretch run consisted of moving from 12th to 10th. And never, ever, have I finished a league this many games under the limit. And to play less games than Knicksfan in Hoops? Unthinkable!

That's what I call a photo finish. With only 5 playing, and then Haywood getting the DNP, I knew it could change. Glad to see it didn't affect me too much. And my other candidates for that spot didn't do much anyway.

Congrats to Florian who ended all drama for 1st place weeks ago. Well played!

Well done, Florian. Far and away the best team in this years's RIHC. You won this thing when you managed to pull off a trade to get Chris Paul. After that, it was all over for the rest of us! Congrats again!

And very well done to everyone else for a mightily competitive league. I just wish i could have been more in the thick of things at the end.

Congratulations Florian. You emerged from the pack and dominated the past few months. Well deserved victory.

Genius me decides to sit Dwight Howard last night in favor of Samuel "The Disappearing Act" Dalembert. Brilliant. Thank goodness it didn't hurt me......and the roster spots I did choose to help in FG% did actually work to untie me in FG% and EARN that half point instead of backing into it.

While 2nd place is the first loser, I'm less of a loser than the rest of you beeeoooottttcccccchhhhheeesssssssss!

[149] I disagree. Florian won this league when he duped me into trading away my....what....12th round pick...and then nabbing Nate Robinson right out from under my nose! I ended up with two schmucks there instead of Nate, whom I would have also probably taken with that pick.....nice work Florian. I mean you totally dominated us. You earned it 100%. I'm not sure anyone has won the RIHC by this large of a margin. Guru?

Right, it's the biggest ever, surpassing Dave R's previous widest margin of victory the 1st year, 03-04, when Dave R won by 12.5 points.

Guess it wasn't worded right the first time.
