Figure I'd try to consolidate these while the discussion of the actual format of GMD continues in the other thread.
To get your Team ID, go to your League Standings page here: http://fantasygames.sportingnews.com/hoops/fullseason/ultimate/game/division.html
Then click on your team. Your team ID can be found as user_id in your browser's address bar.

Now that the draft is over, anybody who wants to play in GMD can sign up to be included. New signees will be added to the next Waiver Claims Draft which will be held on Dec 17.
