Solid production, two more weeks of good schedule, only decent big man in Denver, 4-in-5 coming in 5 days.

This has been a public service announcement.

I'm holding. If you feel like trading someone, move Boozer instead.

I don't even play Smallworld anymore, and I'm holding.

Whoo! First PSA of the season.

I haven't decided yet. Leaning towards selling though.

yea me too. Likely to sell. Prob either granger or bynum and from them likely bynum. doesnt gain much points in the short term but will put up money and can be held much longer.

Bad news on boozer could change my plans tho

Dang it, I am torn. I am selling Nene or Hawes but not both today. Nene lost 50K on a day he played, last night, and only has 2 games left this week. Hawes has yet to lose money and plays 3 games this week with a nice Tuesday transition day.

Do we really need these threads? Do we really need to sell Nene or Hawes at this point?

I was a little surprised at Nene's -50 K last night, I really can't imagine who the flavor of the day was that people jumped ship to.

Hawes' schedule is solid for another 8 days or so. Granted Tuesday is a likely sell date. Nene has a little hiccup now, followed by a 5-7 ( 7-11 if you want to extend it ). I supposed next Wednesday, there will be a " Buy Nene " thread.

If we are selling Hawes, why not Brad, they have the same schedule. Lets throw Salmons in the mix.

I love chasing money, but sometimes it gets a little crazy. And these type of threads don't help.

Just my two cents.

@7
Take these threads with a grain of salt.
It's just about contributing to put some animation and shake an awfully previsible market so far. The Nene -50k from last night was the first non rational price mover of the year. I guess I'm missing the -/+ 120k coming out of nowhere that add uncertainty and finally fun to that game.

I went Boozer to Bynum. I could go Nene to Biedrins or Oden, but those moves seem like a luxury to me, especially with Mason and Hawes still on my roster. I also thought hard about moving Mason to Morrow, but honestly, that seems like lunacy. First, he's a rookie with two starts on team with approximately 14 guys with similar skill sets. Second, he plays for Nellie and could be sent to the D-League later this week for as erratic as he can be. Third, GS is about to set out on a fairly grueling road trip, which is the type of trip that generally saps energy and tsnp.

So I guess that's a case against Beidrins, too. I'm going to ruminate on Nene to Oden, I guess. And sit on Mason for lack of rational alternative. Where the hell did all the decent guard options go anyway?

Boozer goes, Nene stays. Too many other trades in the hooper for me to make extra ones...

Gescom, I can certainly take these threads with a grain of salt.I wonder how much trading they actually foster. Certainly a similar thread on the TSN boards would probably be worse.

As far as Nene, last nights minus was probably mostly from those weekly traders that see him with a 3 game week vs others with 4. I guess not looking at the big picture.

Threads like these just accelerate the sells IMO.

Nene is staying until the 4th of December and moving him into Biedrins.

Dave R,

I'm in complete agreement with you about these types of "Sell" threads. I cringe whenever I see one... but I also have to call you out over the "Sell Mbah a Moute" thread... ;)

Rationale or not, I think we do each other favors by not promoting sells because there's always people that WILL take the short view, see the 3 game week (for example), see a Sell thread and bail. I'm all for a stable market economy... especially if I own the player! :)

Still holding Nene, but Oden is tempting if he puts up multiple good nights.
