I worked up some quick averages showing total TSNP by game for each opponent. For example, teams facing Golden State average a total of 223 TSNP per game, while teams facing the Cavs manage to produce only 171 TSNP/game.
Here's the complete list, sorted in descending order:

I wonder how closely this correlates with actual points scored per game.

I just ran a quick correlation of the above TSNP/G vs opponent's (real) points scored. It is rather similar. Correlation coefficient is 90%.
