I'm really starting to think that The Sports Network's injury designations are meaningless. They had Deron doubtful yesterday and now he's supposed to play, they had West doubtful right until game time when he played a couple of weeks ago and, most ridiculous of all, they had Parker questionable because he had a two day old cramp.

DENVER (AP)—Sacramento Kings center Spencer Hawes injured his left knee on a flagrant foul by Kenyon Martin in the first quarter at Denver on Monday night and did not return.
Hawes was fouled on a drive to the basket and landed awkwardly with 5:43 left in the first quarter. After a timeout, he returned to sink both free throws before heading to the locker room.

First, let me complain about Okur. Noooooooooooooooooooooo. I said to my bassist the second I bought him, "I'm going to get punished for being at the computer tonight, just watch."
With that out of the way, my band is www.myspace.com/sadhumantheband . We let my best friend name it, so naturally he named it after me. Don't worry, it's tongue in cheek and the music is very, very energetic. I'm the drummer, but I write the guitar / lyrics / vocal melodies too on every song except for Gravitate.
We have five songs up there right now that were the easiest to record and done using a crappy microphone and a Macbook. They're kind of a trainwreck and not anything what the final product is going to be like. I'm planning on a heavily layered album (Smashing Pumpkins style) with songs ranging from 2 minutes to 15 minutes (again, Smashing Pumpkins style) that are all designed to ruin faces (Smashing Pumpkins style!). I'm ridiculously excited about it. These demos are meh though, and one of them even contains our old singer / guitarist who decided to be drunk all the time and mail in every performance.
I'm curious as to what you guys think. The lyrics are not urine based, but I think you'll hear some of my boards personality creep through at the end of "Floaters".
