I was torn on joining up again this year. But when an invitation showed up in my inbox, I didn't really have a choice.
With a draft day/time of Thu Oct 22 5:00pm PDT ... I might be able to make the last 15 minutes. But that's all. I'll need to start trading my auto-drafted players right off the bat!

I wish I could figure out trades made. I know PD last year, and myself the year before with a record 40+ trades. Obviously Mike and 2SJ have their priorities crooked (anyone get that reference?)

I just realized when the draft for this league is and I will not be able to draft at that time, so I have removed myself from the league. I really do not like doing a auto draft. If the time changes I would probably rejoin.

Yeah, 1 steal and 1 3 pointer would have tied for first... it was a tough last few weeks with Lebron shutting it down and Monta missing 7 games with the flu. Those categories would have probably been under control. Finding that other half point would have been the challenge.

Heck, I just realized Jamal Crawford sat out last night. That would have changed things. I was less focused on this league and more on my H2H money league which I won.

Same order of finish in 2008 and 2009, 2SJ/GO/Tosh.
Sadly, there weren't that many trades this year as the deadline creeped up early on us all. Nowhere near my record setting 36 TRADES of 2007.skinneeJ did manage to sweep though.

Thanks to everyone for a fun season.
Since I was not able to make the draft (I auto-drafted), I decided to not make any trades all season, and see if I could survive on just the draft, and FA wire. I certainly consider finishing in third a victory!

Yes, this was my first win with regard to TMs. I don't know that we have had a double winner before, so I am more proud of that!!
I had several DNPs the last few days as well, and was heavily managing my steals category since that was the only one I could lose to you GO. I did lose a half point the last day in FG%, but that was not going to make or break me. Amazing how one or two stats on the last day of the season can change the outcome. My first win 4 years ago was on the last day where I vaulted ahead of Ref and MikeD with +3.5 pts!

I don't think the Elimination Chamber will be
returning next year... 8 trades won as Tree said,
so I think the spirit of it has died and we didn't
even really have the full amount of managers (and
no Mike D!).
So I think its time we said goodnight. I'm gonna
probably try a RIHC league.
