Michael Beasley, on the other hand, has yet to draw a charge this season. That's what's caught my interest the most in this lackluster game---charges drawn stats.

What is it precisely that makes Spoelstra such a great coach? His substitution patterns are uninventive and obvious. He doesn't seem like he's got a ton of charisma or is a firey leader and I've even heard him speak a few times and he's not exactly Daniel friggin' Webster. Why is this guy an NBA head coach? Can Wade really respect this guy...?
