Wow, I surprised to see the high volume (30%) of Wade sales last night. Even if he had a DNP last night, as of today MIA still has the most games (16) between now and the ASB (tied with NOR). It will be interesting to see how many come back this week thru rotations for the dense schedule. With so many guard options tho it may be hard to find room for some teams to add him if they don't have flex. That makes him an interesting difference maker each night.

Trying to decide on keeping Duncan thru 1/16 (B2B) or trading him now for Camby, G Wallace or Z Randolph. Hate the fact he gets rest on the back end of a B2B. Any of those would free up more cash, but I'm afraid Duncan might play in both and do well.

Duncan was my back in to Lebron on 19th.... But I lost that option when I traded Kamen and moved Duncan to Center. OPPS forgot that part of the puzzle last night...
Moving back to Lebron early looks like an option for you M4L.

I plan on holding TD until 1/21 when he goes to Pau ( who I hope is healthy ). I doubt he sits 2nd of every B2B, at least not til later in the season. So unless I'm wrong, he seems a sure bet to play through 1/20.
I'm one of the Wade sellers. I didn't like the sore wrist ( and two sore-wristed crap games by his standards ), it was a late game, and so be it. I got Baron, made some money, but it also left me enough cash to move Gallinari => Lebron today. I kind of like that, and it was the driving force behind the move. I kind of figured Wade would play once I sold him. Other than last night I feel Baron can put up Wade like numbers for 2/3's the cost. Time will tell
I'll likely get Wade back, maybe from Nash. I'll need to replace him anyway in 2 weeks.

Duncan to Noah for me.... there are two holes in the Chicago schedule over the next 45 days... but over that period they outplay everyone in number of games...
Too many question marks in my mind right now to do any longer term planning... For me to get Lebron tonight I would need to make three trades and I do see him being work that with his luke warm schedule... If I could get there with one (like M4L!) I would feel differently.
Thinking I'll use the $3+M to upgrade Gallinari this week... maybe?

Or maybe the better idea is adding the $3.79M to Russell Westbrook & David West to get to Lebron and ??? on 1/19...
assuming West does not catch fire in the next 3 games...

20 minutes until the Cavs tip off and I still haven't made up my mind on the Duncan > Lebron move...LOL
Only issue is that Duncan is my only F/C and I would be stuck with Frye and Hibbert for a while.

M4L, Updating Wright is probably a better idea; I didn't see him hiding there before (LOL).... Beasley -- For his $4M price tag, he is averaging 27TSNP. With his upcoming schedule, if he was averaging 30 I'd be in love with this guy. I think I want to ride out the current 'Rodney Dangerfield' of fantasy hoops?
Dave R, I've been thinking about Gallinari to Lebron all day. Maybe a little too lateral of a move for me (LMAO!). But the more I think about it I think that move has a shot at turning out OK for you.

I think you are stuck with Wright at Forward M4L..... Tereke Evans is tops on my wish list but he is a G..... For my plans I'm thinking, Westbrook to Evans (not sure when? but money is probably better sooner than later) then West to Lebron 1/19... That only leaves about $1M to upgrade Gallinari. I'm looking something similar to what Dave R did with him! Surely I'll find something if I look hard enough.

Okay, so now I've got Wade, Paul, Cotton Camby and Crash. No chance of any injuries occuring there...
Silver lining will be when one of them inevitably goes down, I've only gotta trade one more guy to create LeBron cap room.
Back to mass for me...

I am glad there are only 2 games today and nobody I want to consider from Casspi is playing on those four teams.
Option A Durant was acquired from Duncan on Wed for four games and enough bank existed to turn him into James but that leaves limited options for Casspi money wise
Option B Continue to ride with Durant and another mid range stud like Pau next week allowing a significant increase in options for Casspi.
Will James continue to average 60 like he did for the last 15 days or will he return to 52-55 like he had been all year? I really like the idea of having only one cheapie (Frye) on my team.
Casspi(18-20) + James (56-62) vs Durant (42) vs mid range ? (36-40)
or is it more realistic
Casspi (18-20) + James (52-55) Durant 42 vs mid range ? 33-35
If James had 4 games every week, would probably go with that but his three game week and the chance to add stud games has me confused.

G - I would think "Durant 42 vs mid range ? 33-35" would be the safer way to go. No telling what Casspi is going to do with K-Mart back, but he will for sure lose money the next couple of days.

Just watched the Vikes dominate the Cowboys. I thought the Vikes would win but I thought it would be close.
To this James thing, which is driving me crazy. I see 2/18 as the date he will be on my team no matter what. Between now and then he (using 15 day @ 56 which is realistic) he projects to 677. Casspi projects to 384 (which I would guess is high given his sitaution now). That is $14 mil worth of RV for roughly 1050 pts.
During that same time, I see a number of 6-7 million guys that when combined together add up to around 1200 or more so I think James is out for now.
That means $ will be availble to upgrade Casspi today using reserves on this team. On my others, I may wait until early next week to when some money becomes free to move him then.

moved all my Casspi's tonight. Maggette was my number one guy. His last 30 days are tough to overlook at just over $4 and the GSW's are finding it hard to dress 8 each night so pt should not be an issue. One hour to reconsider but feel as good about this as I can given the situation.

Wish I had seen this before freeze:
Coach Alvin Gentry is considering starting Robin Lopez over Channing Frye for Monday's game against the Grizzlies. With Marc Gasol and Zach Randolph down low for the Griz, it makes sense that Gentry wants a big body down low to help out. And while it's debatable whether Lopez has created a timeshare after Friday's 31-minute, 11-point, six-rebound, and six-block outing, Frye's owners may want to start selling high. $4ltr,
Yeah with the healthy players playing all those minutes in GS, it certainly could be a health issue for them too. I certainly thought about that.
Not sure I will get too excited about Frye just yet with the 5 game week coming up assuming this is only one game thing if it even happens but I will be watching closely.

I still beleive in Santa and the 5 game week. I fully expect Frye, Nash and other Suns to get buys from the casual player who gets new trades on Wed and only looks short term.
Your point is a 5 in 7 is a 5 in 7 regardless of Wed to Wed or a Sun to Sun, but there are managers (tho far less these days) who look at schedules weekly.
There were Christmas presents by the fire place and there will be cash money in the bank on Wed

My investment in Suns has been a huge bust so far. I got cute and went A'mare instead of Jamison and have paid dearly for it. Even with Phoenix's upcoming schedule, I would love to move him for Wade, but I don't have the roster flex to do it. And Nash to Wade is way too lateral. Hopefully, the return home and some cupcake opponents reverses the downward trends for my PHO guys.
That said, not even home cooking can save Frye; moved him today for Hibbert, who should make a pile of $ today.
Btw, any other Casspi owners tempted to move him for R. Lopez heading into the 5-game week?

Manifesto...
Frye is a dead man. No matter if he's gonna get PT on this sched, he'll lose 300K the next two days. I'm going into Martell Webster and losing a game 'cause I can use the flex and in spite of his 200K gain in the last two days he still only has 59 owners.
The other main thing affecting me right now is the realization that Kobe is unownable. I had planned to get him from Nash at some point this week, but that's blown up. Now I'm effectively gonna replace him in my plans with LeBron. I suppose I can go back to Kobe from LeBron in a couple weeks if he's recovered, but for now Kobe's worthless. Webster's flex would allow me to trade Nash for whomever I want the following Wed.
Today: Frye >>> Webster/ Durant >>> LeBron
We'll gametime Crash on Wed. and brace for the next flurry of injuries.
Hibbert continues to be a risky buy, but anything's better than Frye. Lopez is too much of a lateral move for my tastes. Dalembert seems a pretty safe option in spite of the Clementesque humanitarian trip.
GL all...

This Hibbert/Dalembert decision feels oddly reminiscent of my aforementioned A'mare/Antawn debacle. One guy clearly safer, but also more widely held (Dalembert) and another with lower ownership and (at least short term) schedule that is superior.
These are the decisions that, in the end, make or break a season. Same position, roughly same money. And I've been on the wrong end of them for most of the season this year.
Over years of playing this game, I've grown accustomed to weighing the effects of schedule density, travel, quality of opponent, playing time factors, likelihood of suspension and even the possibility that the birth of a child will take a player away from his team on the day of a game. But how does one factor in the mental, physical and emotional impact of taking a day trip to one's homeland in the caribbean to assist in relief efforts after a natural disaster of catastrophic proportions?
I'll certainly be rooting from Sammy D, but I'm less certain that he'll be on my team when the Pacers tip off tonight.

Hibbert at 21% ownership -- Dalembert at 12%
Only option for me would be Frye to a Matt Barnes... that just feels like a wasted trade to me.

Ownership on players like Hibbert are most likely inflated because of the Nov rush and some managers may not be active. I would imagine Dalembert is accurate and the active ownership of each is probably close.

Jennings, Nash, Wade, Paul Beasley, Jackson, Barnes, Jamison Hibbert, Randolph.
Taking a look at the upcoming week, not sure I have to make any moves. Would be nice to get Pau, but the only way into him is Nash or a combo of Jamison and another player. Jennings is a maybe on 1/24, but not sure. Probably best to bank trades?
