A recent trade rumor has Caron Butler going to the Clippers for Marcus Camby. Another rumor had Butler as the centerpiece of a deal for Tracy McGrady, though that may have died in the wake of the Arenas debacle. Either way, the Wizards want to acquire expiring contracts, preferably linked to a productive player. The Washington Post reports that Brendan Haywood and Nick Young are also available for the right price. Source: Washington Post

According to Yahoo! Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski the Wolves attempted to trade Al Jefferson to the Pacers for Danny Granger, but the Pacers quickly declined the trade. Wolves G.M. David Kahn is reportedly trying to undo everything that Kevin McHale setup, and it's increasingly clear that Jefferson is not going to be a cornerstone guy in Minnesota. It's also been reported that him and Kevin Love are not getting along, and all of a sudden Jefferson's future is a bit up in the air. Source: Yahoo! Sports / Rotoworld
