First game in little over half an hour... be sure your teams are set.
This is a nice day if you live in Europe like me... My evening is filled :)

some interesting notes today on rotoworld:

Tim Duncan won't be an automatic DNP in the second of back-to-back games, but coach Gregg Popovich said he'll sit out "more often than not." Furthermore, Duncan said he doesn't intend to fight the decision "because it makes sense." San Antonio is trying to avoid a repeat of last season, when his productivity plummetted down the stretch.

The Kings starting small forward job might not belong to Omri Casspi much longer if he doesn't improve his defense. Casspi was benched in favor of Donte' Greene to start the second half vs. the Wizards, largely for defensive purposes. Casspi's offense has been tailing off as well (he's shooting just 32% over the last five games), something the return of Kevin Martin won't help.

Baron Davis said on Sunday that his lower back has tightened up and he hasn't felt "like himself" the last few games. Baron isn't listed on the Clippers' injury report and it doesn't sound like he's in danger of missing any games, but this situation deserves to be watched very closely.

Rockets guard Trevor Ariza sat out Sunday's practice with a sore right foot and is questionable to play in Monday's afternoon game vs. Bucks.

Michael Beasley continues to struggle in the fourth quarter of games, and coach Erik Spoelstra thinks it might be due to "mental fatigue."

Kings coach Paul Westphal said that Beno Udrih will continue to play a significant role despite the return of Kevin Martin. Westphal said he intends to rotate Udrih, Martin and Tyreke Evans while keeping two of them on the court at all times.

from RotoWorld: Kevin Love will miss Monday's game due to a stomach illness.

I wondered why he wasn't even listed on the active roster for Minn today.

yeah that was the news last night on Frye that for the Mem match up he was probably coming off the bench.

Love grr. At least it was only a stomach virus and he isn't hurt.

Evans went off and appears to be not impacted by Martin. Casspi not so much despite his hot start with 8 TSN in 4 minutes.

Bogut went off and OT. Duncan and Camby with a nice games already.

Dalembert fighting off HBS but he is under 3 mil so can't set the bar too high. Speights getting some additional PT in a tight game.

Refs winning in CHI/GSW game as lots of players with 3 fouls in the first half.

uh oh, yhe season could be going up in flames today. First Love sick, then Wallace with a sore ankle and now my secret weapon:

Corey Maggette landed awkwardly on Monday and has left the game with an apparent left leg injury. He's beeing attended to on the bench and has removed his shoe. However, it looks like he's putting his shoe back on, so we are guessing he'll return to action momentarily. At least, we hope so.

RIP Channing Frye

Memphis, TN 8:17 PM 1/18/10

Phoenix Center Channing Frye passed away from the fantasy basketball world after putting up only 5 tsnp in 13 min.

Mr. Frye was described by neighbors as "a quiet man who usually hung out by himself at the three point line".

He is survived by his twin brother Robin.

So 21 teams had to sell Camby when he has 3in4 while no other team does.
Thant makes sense.
