I have to comment on this...okay again......I think Kobe is MVP ! WHY? James is an animal stud and if he could hit FT's he wins. What James has over kobe is hit court presence...he can feed his teammates real well. I think Kobe looks to score much more, but Kobe is without a doubt the best in the league. Now on to Melo........is it me or is he kind of a little bit of a punk?

CJ I was just about to write a similar post about that right when Lebron missed that FT to make it 103-106 not 104-106, kobe is much more clutch
However i scratched the thought of making that post right when he came back and tossed up a quick three to tie the game back at 106. That was an mvp shot let's see how the game ends though.

OT as well, with the way both teams are answering shots this could end up being multiple OTs what a game.
Now if only I picked up melo instead of rondo for the B2B. Hopefully rondo breaks out of his 20 tsnp slump.

#4 I agree that is why I say if he really concentrates on making a higher FT% you really could not argue anything other than like you said CLUTCH....Kobe really owns that....but as you see tonight.....James closing in on that!

#11 Yes that is Kobe's Signature he is clutch I think kobe is a much better shooter especially from the arc! I am not a Kobe fan and have not ever been...but kobe has gotten my respect over the years and there have been so many games where he has impressed me and taken it over all by himself. Another year or two James is the Lone king....make the FT's and this game never goes to OT....really what did the Cavs shoot as a team from the FT line?

you are using a game where lebron goes 43, 15, 12 to talk about how Kobe is better?

Ouch is that for real......I guess it is the Clutch factor huh...Kobe hits em when they are needed. Well I will say this again Bron hits these FT then no one compares after that....but big games like this you have to hit the FT's Come playoff time you can not afford to miss 57.5% as a team...that is really a joke for a team that is supposed to be playing the lakers in the finals

Lebron misses less than 1 free throw per game more than kobe(who really isnt a particularly good free throw shooter himself...). that cant be hurting his team too much.
And what are the stats on game winners? made/missed?

It is odd the Lakers really have no PG on the team that get stats worth anything.

Kobe handles the ball a ton just like Wade, Bron, etc. No need for a traditional point guard there.

The Laker big men seem to control the offense...not the guards....it is strange to watch Odom is killing everyone.
