Between 9 and 10 p.m. PST all players were locked, one hour later than usual, then they become unlocked exactly at 10 so TSN's servers did not "spring forward". MFL, were players unlocked while games were going on? Was it possible for someone to buy a player after he had already gotten off to a hot start?
