Hedo Article
Couldn't help but comment there (under occi1975). That's a terrible piece of writing.

Manu may be out tonight, but Tim Duncan is playing the second game of a back-to-back for the fifth time this month. DNP concerns have been unfounded so far, but he still wouldn't have been a good buy because his production has been crap

I decided to go J-Smoove > Lee almost literally at the last minute. I now have only one injury trade for the next week plus, but I knew almost everyone would get Lee and it would be torture to follow his next 3 games without him. I had an alternate plan involving Boozer > Bogut that used one fewer trade but I can't trust a guy with a bad back for a 4 in 5. Now I'll be rooting for great Lee games (very likely) and no more than one injury (not nearly as likely).

I would assume that your competitor went Bosh > Lee, getting a 3 to 2 advantage in the short run, then can triangle back into Bosh from a Jazz player. Same basic principle as my trade except that Bosh had a game today.

Pop sits out Manu with a (presumably) made up injury because it's against the Nets and loses the game. Serves him right.
Nets get win #10 and have some young talent: Lopez, Harris, Terrence Williams is coming on, maybe Courtney Lee and CDR. They're not an absolute train wreck like the Wizards and Pistons. I hope proud vets Tayshaun and Rip get freed from that mess next season.

I wish Dirk had given me the production he did tonight TOTAL in the two games I had him last week. It would have been a huge upgrade.
I hope my Lee trade isn't as big a waste as my Dirk one was: so far it doesn't look good.

Is Lebron a season long hold at this point (barring a sudden drop in playing time)?

Not very. I'm a fantasy baseball neophyte who will be looking up players' statuses during the draft. Just noticed you were in the league today. Looking forward to more competition with you, though I won't act like I know what I'm talking about.
21 Even if he does lose playing time LeBron should still be better than anyone else and his schedule actually gets good: as many games as anyone from Wednesday through a week from Sunday. I like how Cleveland is one of the first teams to have their second to last game. LeBron can have at least a 5 day rest before the playoffs by missing only the last regular season game. This all makes sense to me, anyway. Who knows how it will actually play out?

Well I had jennings for the four games he averaged basically dnps and then traded him when he goes off for 50+ ....probably the only bad move I had mad since asb was picking him up instead of udrih. Atleast my gmd team got the udrih explosion. I went smith >lee as well. I'm had planned my last trade for boozer to bogut tommorrow ...but do you think bogut will dnp again?
Also I forget how end of season works but we don't get any trades on 14 right so basically only 8 trades left?

It would be sick if they gave out trades the day before the season ended. Doubt it...

CBG - just confirmed that guy in my league dropped Rondo & Bosh for Lee and Kidd. Good for me since I'm picking up Rondo in 2 days

This article made me concerned about Bogut because it describes him as less than 100%
http://www.jsonline.com/blogs/sports/fanblogs/89379662.html
but he certainly played well yesterday.
Every year I've played we DID get 4 new trades on the last day of the season and they are necessary. You will probably have a player or two who's not scheduled on the last day and you don't know which stars will and won't sit. You'll have to check the lineups more than any other day. One year I had more DNP's than I could replace, but last year I was led to believe Chris Paul would rest and he wound up with 61.5 TSNP.
I'm guessing that this won't be the third straight year I get Ramon Sessions for the last day (he's had 64.5 and 37 for me).
