Not much to go before the playoffs start. Watching some of the favourites struggle a bit lately I think I'd put my money on Cleveland this time. Maybe Cleveland vs. Lakers or Dallas in the Final? What do you guys think?
Oh, and I got G. Wallace for today so don't expect him to get more than 20 TSNP. |

I really hope Cleveland wins just so we don't have to suffer through a summer of journalists saying Lebron really isn't that good.
Blatche with another monster first quarter. He's the new Chuck Hayes.

Scola over Blatche was really a mistake. Though Blatche did have that ankle injury at the time, and that refusing to play incident probably would have left me comatose and unable to finish the season.

If Lebron wins the Championship this year, is he more likely to stay or leave cleveland?

I never knew that Chuck Hayes was known for fast starts, or anything other than having shooting form that makes Shawn Marion look like Ray Allen.

I think Blooki pointed it out to me at the beginning of the season. Hayes had like 18.5 in the first quarter or something and finished in that range.

If there's a next season.....
Would anybody NOT trade Kidd for Curry tonight? Same situation as Collison > Tyreke. I could wait to make the same trade Sunday and get the same game advantage, no risk of Curry getting hurt tonight and making the trade a waste, and the money is extremely unlikely to matter.
A Curry game against the Knicks is going to be awfully tough to pass up though.

CBG, you have to wait. I went Kidd to Rondo but am holding Dirk for 1 more game before I decide where to go. I'm pretty sure I want Curry but can't justify making the trade tonight. I'm battling myself for 4th anyways so no biggie either way.

In spite of Reeb's sage advice, I don't think I'll be able to resist buying Curry tonight. It's Warriors-Knicks with no Monta! I know there will at least be safety in numbers because almost no one will keep Kidd.
ESPN had a J-Smoove stat fact that DIDN'T involve blocks: only NBA player averaging 15 ppg, 8 reb and 4 assists. Oh, and he's the shortest player in the blocks Top 10 and the tallest player in the steals Top 10.
ESPN's on-line halftime was a feature on how Antoine Walker has frittered away all of his money and is still playing in Puerto Rico out of necessity. Never cared for him as a player, even though he once had consecutive triple doubles for me (after 3 crap games).

To quote Forrest Gump's mom, "A Dwight Howard game is like a box of chocolates....."
I don't even play a doctor on TV but I think Bogut's health is probably okay.

There must not be many people in the Pacific Time Zone out there if no one has commented on the preposterous game David Lee is having (37-19-9 as I write this).

I don't know about final blow. There may be only 11 days left in the season, but that's still enough time for at least one more thing to go horribly, terribly wrong. (Good luck the rest of the way, Pica).

You guys act like David Lee had a big night. Did something special. Heck, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar did what Lee did tonight.
In 1976.
Wow. Incredible night for Lee.
