The 76ers will be without swingman Andre Iguodala for Sunday afternoon's game against the New York Knicks.
Iguodala, who missed the second half of Friday night's 123-116 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers, underwent an MRI on Saturday that revealed tendinitis in his right Achilles tendon.
The Sixers listed Iguodala as day-to-day but said he will miss Sunday's game to rest the injury.
Forward Andres Nocioni, who had an MRI on his injured left ankle, likely will be available against the Knicks in New York.
Neither player practiced Saturday.

Wall leaves arena in walking boot. Questionable for next game.
I guess the good news is he has 2 days off.

"John Wall, who sprained his left foot in Saturday's game in Chicago, was seen exiting the locker room wearing a walking boot. Wall left Saturday's game briefly before returning and finishing with 16 points, six assists, two rebounds and three steals. Wall admitted that the injury would sideline him for a few days, but there is no definitive timetable for his return as of now. Kirk Hinrich, who will assume the bulk of the ballhandling chores, makes for a worthy spot-start while Wall is out." --RotoWorld
"In addition to Wall getting hurt, the Wizards also lost Yi Jianlian and Andray Blatche to knee injuries. . . Blatche pulled a protective sleeve over his left knee, which he said has been causing him discomfort all week. Blatche had his worst game of the season, missing eight of 10 shots, and scoring just four points with seven rebounds in little over 27 minutes. His knee started to swell up and he was unable to do much in a 4½-minute stint in the fourth quarter, when he didn't score or grab a rebound." --Washington Post

John Wall (foot) will not play in Tuesday's game against the Raptors.
Wall remains on crutches, but the injury is not a long-term concern as the Wizards are still listing him as day-to-day. Consider him questionable for Wednesday's game in Boston. Meanwhile, Gilbert Arenas will likely start his first game since Jan. 5 and is a high-end fantasy play. With the ball in his hands as the point guard for the whole game, Arenas' shot attempts and assists will rise dramatically. RotoWorld

John Wall traveled with the Wizards to Boston after their 109-94 win over Toronto, but it appears unlikely that he will test his sprained left foot against the Boston Celtics on Wednesday. . . "Got a tough one tonight," Wall wrote on his Twitter account. When someone replied to Wall and asked if the No. 1 overall pick would be good to go tonight, Wall replied, "naw". --Washington Post Insider Blog
