We have 11 managers signed up for a live Roto draft on Yahoo Sunday October 24th at 10pm EST. We need one more manager for the league. The rules are the same as for the RIHC with the exception of a limit of 25 free agent pickups per team per year and we have added a ninth category (assists to turnovers).
