Is there no one willing to share a league? We're 10 year+ vets of SmallWorld/TSN/ROTOHog Hoops. We live OS so we can't even claim money when we win - we're just looking to give ourselves some competition? Any takers?

You can probably get good competition no matter what league you join. The game seems to be down to mainly the real fanatics playing. I joined an auto league and it includes Reeb, Deejay, Dave R, GMoney, Trigs and some other familiar names.
