As a Utah resident for most of the past 25 years, I've watched Sloan go from assistant to head coach to Hall of Fame.
While it's probably time for Sloan to step down, it's really sad to see the lack of respect displayed by D-Will, perhaps the most overrated player in the league.
The Jazz would be well served to trade Williams ASAP, while his value is at its peak. But they won't.
