Even in a depleted Salary Cap game, you still had to beat out several dozen sharp, informed, experienced players---great win!

I wish the game would build itself back up, the message board would have frequent action again and I really miss people like Senator Urine and Blooki.

Rotohog figuring out a way for the money to not be unlimited before the All-Star break would be a start.

Have a great off-season everybody and I hope there's still a game next year. I hope somebody is actually reading this, especially Dave.

Thanks to all, it was an interesting season. Special thanks to Deejay for our daily stream of email " strategy " discussions.

Sad to see what has happened to, what I think, is the best fantasy game going, not only hoops, but baseball and football as well. Things sure have changed from the old Smallworld days.

It will be interesting to see how Rotohog moving the Baseball Salary Cap game to Facebook works out. Due in part to launching the game late, there is only a shade over 400 teams, and, I'm sure, significantly less managers

Basketball is unique, I sometimes think we got to good for the benefit of the game. It takes a lot of time to do well, eliminating the more casual player. I think one of the things that really changed the way the game is played was the switch to " game time trading ". If you can remember back to when the freeze used to be at noon, you made your decisions and lived with it, no waiting for lineups, late news etc. I'm sure there are those just not willing to spend the time needed to do well.

And yes, the money issue. I could have fielded a team of the best 10 players around mid way through the season, as could alot.

By the way, does anyone have a clue as to who Older and Wiser was. He was a tough competitor all year long, and it's hard to imagine that he isn't a veteran player

Congratulations to Dave. The big early RV and the way season played out made it hard to gain much ground as the game went along for those of us who got off to slow starts. It was still fun competing this year.
