Anyone know any Duke season ticket holders?
I am looking to buy tix for 11/19 vs. Davidson and they start at like 400 bucks on Stub Hub so thats not gonna work. |

As a last resort if you'll already be there, I've been told you can stand outside and hold up 2 fingers and there's a pretty fair chance you'll end up inside for face (or free if you're fortunate). Odds drastically improve if you're wearing Duke gear.

I've got a wedding like a mile away the next day and nothing to do that night in Durham, so it seems like the perfect opportunity to check off the bucket list of sports venues.

I intend to get there myself one day.
Last season I read that most every game besides UNC is fairly easy to get in to. The students haven't done a great job of filling the building the past few years. And I'm guessing Davidson will be no different. I believe with about 20 minutes before tipoff they start putting regular fans on the edge of the student section as well once they realize nobody is coming.
Don't be surprised if Steph Curry is there as well to see his brother.

So the game turned out to be Coach K's first home game after breaking the record, so turned into a very tough ticket.
We showed up - got lost trying to find the damn building. Ready to leave, but wound up driving right back into where they were parking extra cars.Paid the parking fee, but then no tickets available. Had a couple hundred bucks to consider for a scalper... nothing presented itself. Stood outside looking desperate and some professor looking guy walks out and asked if we needed tickets. We said yea and he just gave us his and walked off. Well that was crazy good luck.
Thought we were good, expect no re-entry... tried some different doors and all ticket agents were pretty adamant about it. So we walked around the back for one more try before leaving... and a non-security type guy waved us in up to the Hall of Fame area I still have no idea why. So bascially we snuck in the back door... got some pretty damn good seats for free... watched them comeback vs. Davidson and win... and enjoyed a long postgame ceremony with friends, family, acc commish, former players from Duke and Army - and Coach K did a nice speech thanking all of them since they were the ones who won the games.
Well that was a lucky night. Durham is a pretty cool city too I learned the rest of the weekend. Lots of good food and beer was had.

I'm not surprised somebody just handed you tickets. I've read that happens pretty much every night at Cameron. Obviously its a little tougher when there is no re-entry for your situation but I'm glad it worked out.
As a diehard fan getting to Cameron is on my bucket list.

Crystal Magnum is a very sad person who not only has harmed herself but hurt quite a few innocent parties by her lies and the way she conducts her life. I guess I wouldn't even find her funny if she had only desrvedly hurt herself.
