The 2015-16 RIHC managers have all been invited, and all have now accepted. My invitation guidelines were to give initial priority to the top 4 RIHC teams (excluding me), the teams finishing 1-3 in each AAA league, and the winner of the AA league. All have accepted the invitation.
Here is the list of the 12 RIHC managers for 2015-16:
RIHC returnees (5): Da Bomb, Dave R, reeb, KnicksFan, Guru
AAA invitees (6): mailedfoot, Toral, G$, Roberts, s_R, Swish City
AA winner (1): Goldcoach
After many years of running this league at Yahoo, I believe it is time to switch all RIHC leagues to ESPN. I find the ESPN platform to be better, especially regarding the ability to add players for same-day eligibility.
The NBA season begins on Tuesday, Oct 27. Last year the draft was completed in about 7 days, although two years ago it took 10 days. Therefore, I'm thinking that the draft should begin on or about Thursday, Oct. 15, hopefully finishing no later than Saturday, Oct 24.
I do not anticipate any rules changes for this season.
Registration info for ESPN and Draftime will be sent out shortly.
If you are interested in managing a team in one of the qualifying leagues, a separate thread has been set up for preliminary organization.

I'm getting set up to generate the order for our draft position selection round.
I will start with the following alphabetical list of managers:

I will then generate a set of random numbers from 1-12 at random.org. Audit copies will be sent to Da Bomb, Dave R, and Toral. The random numbers will be lined up with the above list to determine the order for our draft position selection round.

As a reminder, we will use a traditional snake draft for 16 rounds.
Post-draft waiver priorities will start the season in the reverse order of the above list. In other words, I'll start the season with the top waiver priority, and Goldcoach will be lowest.
When it is your turn, please post your selection in this thread, and if possible, notify the next picker by email.
