Guru, yes it was actually Draftime and not Kafenatid - I was trying to do it on my phone while I was on the road this weekend and kept getting errors. I was finally able to get in, but it didn't help that I couldn't reset my password due to an old email address. All good now and I updated my profile!

I vote yes on 101. It passes.

I turned the clock on 45 minutes early. I will be in a meeting at Noon and didn't want to miss getting the clock rolling.

114: Max is 720 games (90 gp/pos)

Anything is up for discussion. Setting a tangible minimum with penalties for comkng up short have been hot topics in both baseball and hoops....and we have passed rules for both this month. You are welcomed to dig deeper into max games (or anything else) if you'd like.

wolfer is having trouble getting into Draftime. The account that is attached to G20 was Pacers Rule's old account (although wolfer had access to it last year). I have asked him who his pick is, and advised him to reach out to Draftime support.

I don't know if I can kick out the old PR account and put him in at this point......

So how did I get Cauley-Stein anyway? did anyone else almost take him? Seems like too far to fall to me for what he does. Were you all doing best player available or going for need?

I am guessing RSF want the Bucks shot blocker? I am not married to him so make an offer. I actually had him in there Que specific thinking I would get a shooter first round.

129: Great question. Also wondered why Justise Winslow fell to 2.07.

It was nice drafting with you. I will be back at 5.20 to DOMINATE the end of the draft --- 5 out of the last 21 picks :)

PS - sorry I forgot to activate the overnight draft pause. That has been fixed.

<129> I was on the fence between Kaminsky and Cauley-Stein at 1.16. Cauley-Stein is projected to start, but I like Kaminsky's stretch 4 game more, and think he has a chance to be more valuable over the long haul.

Love the WC-S pick. Think back to the start of last year in college basketball. It was wee Willie that was getting the preseason early season hype for player of the year. Maybe he can fullfil that hype now. Low pressure situation with lots of minutes...just don't expect big points with Boogie on the court.

<133> I saw Kentucky play in the sweet 16 in Cleveland. The guy I was impressed with was Booker, a great shooter. Problem with him is that he may take a few years to grow into the Ray Allen role.

I'm looking to move up into front half of the 3rd round for my 4.07 pick and a swap of next years picks.

Have I mentioned I hate all my picks so far?

BMD's are the most interesting to me so far. Veteran player collection. Good possibilities for either 'float until my players are back health' or 'deal em later for pick swaps'...or both.

Does Wilson Chandler have malaria or something? Why on earth did he fall so far?

youngroman with 9 REALLY solid players. If Lowry returns to 2013/2014 form, he's looking really good. He lacks superstar power, but will peck you to death with so many productive players.

Agree on youngroman's squad.

Nobody else seems to have noticed that, through crafty trading, bmd is just about done with his draft already and we haven't yet finished the third round. Sometimes the game-behind-the-game is what wins championships.

Almost took Chandler before opting to go with Old Man Joe Johnson (at 34 he looks and plays like he's over 40). I felt Joe was a better fit for my team this year. If I thought Chandler was a potential keeper, I would have opted for him, but these are solid vets that can help balance out squads at this point.

I did find it interesting that most of my queue made it from my 2nd to my 3rd pick, but now 5 out of the last 7 picks have emptied what I had left. Guess it's time to figure out my next round options.

RSF, I always favor vets over rookies in basketball. Looking back at last year I had some great vet picks(1.15 Jamal Crawford, 4.06 Mo Williams, and 6.15 Lou Williams), unfortuntaley Lou was getting like 16 minutes a game in the early season so I dropped him before he started getting 20+ minutes every game. Could've turned him into another draft pick upgrade. With Jennings out til Christmas and Jabari still not back either I might be trading all my vets early. Contenders never want "possible" keepers. They want guys like Korver.

One of these years I'm going to completely blow up my team and draft 6 guys under 22. Would be so much fun but stinks throwing a year away. Maybe next year after I can finally not keep Kobe.

That said, is anyone rebuilding? I'd be interested in a nice solid veteran player :)

Because I felt like rambling...my draft review.

Meyers Leonard, POR, C-F
Hoping this turns into my new Ryan Anderson, a big that bombs 3s and grabs boards. Preseason showed it might come true.

Gary Harris, DEN, G
Sucked his rookie year, but I hope his defense he flashed in college will translate to pros. Preseason numbers are fools gold, but he did put up fair numbers. Crowded SG slot in Denver, but I hope a youthful tandem of Harris and Mudiay prevails.

Steven Adams, OKC, C
Not sure how this will play out, but he is the defense to Enes' offense. Besides, he's got that full on crazy Kiwi look going.

Shabazz Muhammad, MIN, F
Put up quality numbers last year when teamed with Wiggins, before getting hurt. Pretty empty stat line, but I'm just asking for points here. Made a big push for minutes with his last few preseason games, drop 19 and 18 points.

Derrick Williams, NYK, F
Did I mention career disappointments? Totally buying the preseason numbers on this one, but another crowded front court makes this a gamble. Hoping Phil can work some voodoo here.

Thomas Robinson, BKN, F
You know he sucks. You know he rules (the glass). I just can't not have him on my roster. He has officially replaced Anthony Randolph on my 'dumbass I have to have' list. Sigh... Probably going to get Center eligibility once the BLopez injury happens. And that Net roster just sucks. OK...I might believe myself now.

RotoWire's projected final standings, based on keepers + draft:

Pete N 152 points
Dave R 144.5
coldwater 121.5
skinneej 1165
KnicksFan 115.5
Meatwads 111.5
Jaydog 111.5
youngroman 101.5
bean 95
Perm Dude 92.5
RSF 90
bmd 85.5
wg 80.5
Species 79.5
Tosh 79
twolves 77.5
Great One 69.5
RotoGuru 69
wolfer 68.5
vampire 29

A pre-caveat caveat: RotoWire's software doesn't include Nate Robinson's projects for some reason, so vampire is missing stats for Robinson.

Caveat: Assumes no WW pickups, trades, or underperformance (or overperformance). Your results may vary.

This is all broken down in the software, but I'm not seeing the ability to copy and paste the projected full standings and it is too much to type out by hand. But it is interesting, nevertheless. For myself, the software helps me to hone in on category targets better in the later stages of drafts. But there you go.

Interesting while looking at the FA list. Only 10 players available that ESPN projects to have greater than 1 minute played this season.

Seems like their projection guy missed a few players!

Haven't used Rotowire before, but I normally purchase a draft kit from one of the expert sites each year, and then draft accordingly so my team is almost always projected to finish in the top 5 based on expected results. It didn't work so well last year with all the injuries I had, but in prior years it did help me have a few top 5 finishes. I will be interested to see how it turns out this year as I winged it without any "expert" data. I did use a similar approach, but may be too veteran heavy and not enough upside for this team.
