I was one of the Garnett buyers. It was a tough call between KG and CWebb. They have the same number of games until my anticipated sell date (12/30 --> Brand). KG seems like a lock for 45 - 50 TSNP/gm. OTOH, CWebb could easily put up similar numbers (he looked good in his first game back and his low numbers are probably not indicative of a slow return to peak playing level), he's 1.5 million cheaper, and will probably make more money over that time period. I ended up going with Garnett mainly because he's less likely to be injured and I suspect he may outpoint CWebb by 2-3 TSPN/gm over the period. Just curious what other CWebb/KG buyers were thinking and how they chose which one to get (assuming you aren't a lucky bastard who can afford to put both on your roster!).

Let's all hope he doesn't re-injure himself. :þ

I think Garnett will outpoint CWebb by more than 2-3 TSNP/g, but that's just me. CWebb is a risk. He may pay off big time if he's back to the form he was in last year already, but my trade situation forces me to hold back on taking risks for now and go with things I'm more assured of.

I'll take Duncan over KG or Webber.

Webber will have to put up 45 tsnp/game for at least a month with no signs of the injury in order for me to get him.

I can't believe so many people sold Brand.

Why would someone sell Tinsley now? Some moves really confuse me.

As a Mavs fan, I hope Jim Jackson does terrible.

A month? A week would be good enough for me. He hasn't done that yet and hence I'm not considering him. Unfortunately, if he does in fact put up the numbers after a week, he'd be a mediocre short-term hold, hence I'm not considering him until February (after which a good month of sells and/or gravity should keep his price at an equally attractive number.

A month because I refuse to get bitten by a guy coming off of injury. There is money to be made in enough other players that will produce as well.

So far this year, Duncan is one of the most attractively priced top producers in the game. IMO he will outscore CWebb over the next couple of weeks with a lesser risk of missing games, and should post decent enough gains, even if they are short of what Webber is likely to make.

An Art, Jr. has no right to be making intelligent statements like that!
Go Duncan.

Where does one find Darvin Ham? I have seen a few "Heavenly Ham"'s in my area. Is Darvin a similar franchise?

I got Duncan over CWebb or KG. I didn't even consider CWebb at all.
