The action has picked up in the last few moments, but has been quiet before the KG and TD incidents.

Let's liven it up around here, and discuss some Dickie V(EEE)isms.

We've got our nicknames and our gurupie terms, but these may spur on some new ideas.

Comment on the V(EEE)isms or make some new ones....I think it'd be pretty fun to come up with new ones, and use those to update the action threads.

Haha smallwhirled, very good stuff

My personal favorites include:

1) All-Windex Team
2) All-Airport Team
3) Doughnut offense

LOL, never heard the Airport one, that is classic. But could Dicky V get any more proDuke? It's getting really bad these days

"Jason Williams is the best point guard in America!"

He's good, but It comes out of Dickie V's mouth every 5 minutes.

"pro duke"?

should he be anti-duke? they are the best team in the country. when someone proves otherwise then that tag is removed.

yes, they cover a lot of duke games. reason: they draw huge ratings, and duke very rarely plays patsy. ACC games are always very good. They could show more MAC or SWAC games, but why? ACC hoops is the best in the land. Big Ten, SEC, etc all very good. So show the better teams.

Hey Farn, calm down. I'm a lifelong Duke fan and i'd be the last to criticize them (THK can attest to that). All im saying is even a non-hoops fan watching a Duke game would agree with me about Vitale. The guy probably sleeps out on Tobacco Road with the Cameron Crazies hitting the peace pipe every year. His blind allegiance to their program is getting annoying IMO

AMEN! Dick Vitale is the most annoying commentator in the entire world, although you have to kinda have a spot of laughter for him because of everything he is and does. Personally, I can't stand the guy, but I still kinda like when he does the games. I agree with Y2JS thought...his biased commentating is VERY old...he is even starting it with Kansas! He is like a bandwagon Rock Chalk (closet) and Puke fan. I can stress it enough that he is soooooo annoying but for some reason you have to watch his gms.
