I was thinking about subscribing for a few months for basketball, but i'm not sure if it's worth it. I thought it was $5 a month, but if i do it monthly it $10 a month. So any users out there? Is it worth it for pre-season draft tips and opinions?

YES. Certainly worth it, particularly for drafting teams. They have some excellent projection lists (downloadable in Excel) which should be on every's "to get" list.

This may be a no-brainer but ... why not sign up 3 to 4 weeks before your draft? Most NBA drafts will be late October, so early October is a good time to pay for just one month.

I pay $12 / year for The Huddle. At one of my drafts I noticed someone else with a printed huddle cheat sheet and asked if he was a member also, he said yes ...

Someone else commented "why pay for a cheat sheet when you can get one for free?" Well, I won that league 3 years straight, and I'm 2-0 in both of my other leagues ... I think the occasional investment is worth it.

sorry, one more thing, i got that TSN basketball review mag, that has a draft projection list in the back, couldn't i just use that? I'm thinking that is pretty similar to the one online, would this be true? Or, does rotowire update the draft projection frequetly enough that it is worth the subscription.

Rotowire still hasn't gotten their hoops draft analysis up yet, unfortunately (my draft started last week).
