Let's try a simple exercise to see if we can get a count of people who use this hoops forum.

For this purpose, we can hijack the thread rating tabulator. In other words, for this thread only, you are going to register your response by clicking on the appropriate rating, according to the following key:

5 = I am a daily user of this forum, and I manage at least one TSN Ultimate Hoops team

4 = I am an occasional (less than daily) user of this forum, and I manage at least one TSN Ultimate Hoops team

3 = I am a daily user of this forum, but I do not manage any TSN Ultimate Hoops teams

2 = I am an occasional user of this forum, but I do not manage any TSN Ultimate Hoops teams

1 = I use other RotoGuru forum topic areas, but I seldom visit the Hoops forum



Please "vote" only once, even if you approach this forum from multiple computers. Also, please vote if you seldom or never post a message. The process of voting is quite safe - it will not even leave any "cookie trails" on your computer.

Once you have voted, you will see the vote tallies. At any time you can also see the updated voting by clicking on the "Rate It" button without selecting a rating.

There is no reason to post any messages in this thread, unless you don't understand the instructions. Just vote by using the "Rate this thread" form below. (OK, I suppose an occasional "BUTT" might be appropriate from time to time.)

But make sure to add blunt smokers to the 75 percent that are alkies....

Blunt smokers are forgetful, and tend to think basketball and illegitimate (sp) kids are cool.

      Thu, Nov 20, 2003, 02:04 		Perhaps people voted using the Rating Tracker and then decided to let there entry be known. I don't think that it is necessary to have a "secret ballot" census is it. Just because "there is no reason" to do something doesn't necessarily imply that it is forbidden.

I suspect that most of the people who posted here indeed put in a vote using the rating system and felt the need to give further explanation. The first 3 posts seemed to be "rah rah" posts in order to give The Guru some props for his hard work.

Is it really necessary to get all flustered about it?
