Struggler and Philflyboy are closing in on skankboy.

Looks like my dreams of top 3 are fading now. There are only 45 or so days till the end of the regular season.

Are we playing in the playoffs too? will it be an aggregate score?

      Fri, Mar 01, 2002, 09:43 		DR Stars, I'm not sure how the playoffs will be setup. In baseball, it was bracketed like the actual playoffs (seedings based on Total Points at the end of the season). I'm leaning towards having it this way unless any other ideas are preferred.

Will we have something like two managers set up against each other, for every round, and eliminating someone every series, until there are only two managers?

Another way to do it could be to add a series or bracket part to the game, sort of like the W1 and W2. In this scenario you have to pick the series winner and W-L for every series before they start, you get points for picking the winner, and exact W-L will get extra points.

The first part would take away interest from those managers that get eliminated, while the second scenario would be more complicated for you to run.

It did take away interest from managers eliminated, but your second idea is a bit complicated to set up compared to what I already have. Right now, I think it would be either an elimination tournament or a cumulative score during the playoffs setup. Whatever way it's set up, it will still involve picking the scores of the actual games.
