Thanks Dan & pfb for running standings (and anyone else who chipped in). See you in baseball.
Congrats jumphilflyball on a well played season. I thought you two fell asleep for about 8 weeks there in the middle.

Nice job jumpball and pfb on pulling this one out. I peaked a little too early I guess (although I was sure excited on that 1 or 2 days when I was #1 ;)), and you outmanuevered me in the last week. I, as well, "fell asleep" for about 8 weeks and had some major trades banked, but I just didn't have enough.
And of course, I greatly appreciate pfb and Dan (and whomever else) running the standings each and every day.

Thanks for running the standings, pfb and Dan. Your efforts have me looking forward to next year already. Congrats to jumpball and pfb. I had a feeling you'd rise from the ashes.
I hated to do it but I spent 3 weeks moving my shop at the end of March/start of April in order to keep the family business alive. The timing was terrible but it was much more important to my life than hoops. When I started moving I was in first place, but when I finally got moved and got back on the horse I was in fifth. Oh well. I found myself unable to give 500k the attention I had been in the middle part of the season. At least I won't have to worry about that next year so stay on your toes fellas!!

Thanks guys!! And you're half right . . . pfb and myself did let this team take a little vacation for a month or two. . . we were way too busy doing other things. We were working on it about 1 or 2 nights a week there for a while, until we decided that we better use up all the trades that we had. ;-) Luckily for us we made good decisions.
This was a great competition . . . so close down the wire. Thank you all for participating and making this "game within the game" so much fun!
(BTW, philflyboy is out of town until Saturday, so look for him to say something then.)
