I was considering setting up an NBA "All Star" League with 5 managers. All teams would be stud loaded and I think it would be very interesting. If you are interested, please post here. The next 4 people that post will be involved. It would be nice if we could draft fast if at all possible, so preferably people that are on a lot. THANK YOU! (If you happen to be the 6th person but are still interested in a league like this, I suggest starting a new league.) |

True, but the main reason is that with a very deep league (which this is), you need players who you know will play 82. You know Shaq will rest, and losing Shaq for the (approx.) 25th rated Center is a huge gap. That doesn't mean, ofcourse, that if he's there with the 7th pick, I'm not gonna take him. :)

Youngbuck, what I did is take like 5 highlighters, print out every single player list ESPN had, then took an extended porcelain cruise and went through each list and put down my expected draft period (1-2,3-4,5-6,7-8,8+) for a bunch of players. While this may not be exactly what you're looking for, its a start. Just go with your intuition.

beebop, I'm pretty sure we're using the Yahoo player positions, whatever they are... so I'd go by those until further notice [although I'm violating that as I'm using ESPN, but I figure any discrepancies I'll be able to deal with in later rounds. 28 players does tend to give one some flexibility :)]

beebop, Cleveland or Denver will have the best statistical shot at Lebron, but since the NBA is fixed, he can end up in a Bigger City, And u dont have the worst team because Terry is very productive, C are very thin so I dont know where 4 C's are gonna come from, Garnett and Duncan are = in my book when it comes to yahoo, Marion and Barry i dont really like but with 2 picks coming up MNG can improve alot
