As we all know, Gilbert Arenas is out until January.

About Brand to IS:
i have some concern about it, i mean i don't know if Brand has to miss at least 5 games in order to be eligible for IS or if he can join it immediately as Rotoworld or a similar source states that he'll be out for months.

What? The sources say he will out at least one month? How is that not IS eligible? Players DO NOT have to miss 5 games before becoming IS eligible. The five game rule is for players who are continually listed as day to day.
Elton Brand is expected to be sidelined for a month due to the dislocated shoulder he suffered Wednesday night.
We figured that Brand would be sidelined for a matter of weeks, but even so, this is a brutal development for fantasy owners. Marreese Speights figures to be a clear beneficiary here, while Thaddeus Young should also get a boost in minutes. Another offshoot of this injury is that Andre Iguodala will get more touches, and should respond by posting strong numbers while Brand is out. Dec. 18 - 1:13 pm et

I also got an email from Sanfordors that I might as well address here while I'm at it. He claims I am over the player limit with my waiver wire pickup of Barbosa, unless I have an IS eligible player. Well, Brand is that player.

I've had two guys on the IS almost every day this season. But adding Al Jefferson to the list is the first one that really stings. It just got a lot harder trying to hold off 'Uptown Hoops'.
Al Jefferson, Luke Ridnour, Steve Blake, and Gerald Wallace currently on IS.
Hopefully Wallace moves off the list this week. If someone good shows up on the FA list, I'll waive AJ, but for now I'm keeping him.
