Nice trade KF.
I'm assuming draft order is reverse of the order of finish. If so that's a great pickup by GO.
It doesn't seem to matter here but for future trades like this we should probably force the team who didn't get a player in return to take one. Otherwise a team has one more player to consider keeping all the way to the deadline. In this case wiggs declared keepers right away but to keep things orderly the team in his place should have to send a player to the team in GO's place in the future.

I am alittle confused by farns post- Where is GO coming into play with this trade?
Do you think that was a bad trade for me? I really dont know a whole lot of basketball, but getting Garnett to drop down 5 spots seemed like a good move for me. Thoughts?

Not really a bad trade for you. Just impressed with him managing to trade a player he wasn't going to keep for the #1 overall pick.
Whether you did ok will be seen later. If KG stays a little healthy you could be ok. But that's all a crapshoot for now.

My thoughts on the trade were-
with my 1st round pick I would pick KG anyways- this way I lose Michael Redd, but still get to pick with the 6th overall pick.

I think it was mutually beneficial. KG is definitely keeper worthy, I was just worried about how fast his decline would take place. Also, I figured by giving him to the last place team I probably wouldn't get burned if he had a great season.

just spoke with punk. he had a 4-man list of guys he wanted that he wrote down after Wiggs' pick and took to work with him,
EVERY one of them was just taken. he'll be home around 6:30 eastern and will pick then, but if we could keep it going right after that, that would be great...
depending on where we stand tonight, i might suggest a 2 hour clock either tomorrow or sunday, but will announce around midnight eastern tonight.

KF- I am sorry for making that pick for you at 10.06- when you sent the queue there were only 2 spots that needed to pick after you sent, neither took him so I picked him for you. I also cntl f'd augustine and nothing came up.
