Here are the basic rules we will be using:
Roster Positions (12/4): PG, SG, G, G, PF, SF, F, F, C, C, Util, Util, BN, BN, BN, BN
Stat Categories (8): FG%, FT%, 3PTM, PTS, REB, AST, ST, BLK
Max games per position: 84
Roster moves: Daily
We will be using the extra bench spot vs having two DL spots to keep up with. Therefore the draft will be 16 rounds vs 15.
Everyone is now signed up in Yahoo, and need one more to register for Draftime. We will shoot for a draft start date of 10/22. We may start earlier with no clock, but then officially begin at noon ET on the 22nd. |

I asked Guru to generate the random draft order for us so we can get started. We can then begin the process of picking our draft slots in each round. The draft will officially start next Monday, so we are still good on time.
Still need one person to sign up on Draftime. Everyone is in Yahoo so good to go there.

The draft is not planned to officially start until next Monday. The plan was to open it up over the weekend with no clock and then start the standard 4 hr clock Monday morning. We will give WonderB until noon today to make a pick, the we will move on.

Final draft order is set. The draft will be activated at noon tomorrow, and picks can begin then without time limit. The 4 hour clock will begin at noon on Monday. Happy drafting!

This is one of the fastest drafts I have ever been in, and we are on pace to finish in plenty of time to manage the roster before the regular season. We are also above pace of all of the other RIHC drafts.

Ah thanks. I should read the instructions I guess. Interesting as I am used to the 2 "DL" slots. Good thing I noticed now as it changes the end of draft strategy a bit.

i'm kinda curious as to how we'll allow somebody on the end 5+ hours to not make a pick, somebody else almost two hours (and counting) before their autopick, and completely disregard somebody averaging less than nine minutes per pick their 43 minute delay on the autopick

i believe the missed picks are made from the available players whenever that picker makes their picks (seems like that's how it was here, and it was like that with baseball)

This should also be the time that we should have a better idea what positions we need to fill.
I suggest we lower the clock to 2 hours, it should encourage more queue usage.

I have emailed the admin as I cannot correct the errors. I tried to select the player as well for Da Bomb, but get an error and the draft clock is also off now. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Thanks everyone. I got lucky with the Harden trade and managed to avoid injuries. Most of my middle round picks panned out nicely too. Great race for second and congrats to everyone on a good year.
