Here's an article about some racetracks trying dime superfecta bets to make covering alot of combinations possible for low income people.
That would be interesting. Hinsdale greyhound track is already trying it I guess. Keeneland horse track wants to try in next.
I guess if you hit a superfecta you get 1/10 of what the dollar superfecta pays. For a $5000 super you're looking at collecting $500 bucks. Not bad.

It says they are trying to make betting superfectas somewhat like slot machines which is racetracks main competition.
You bet 10 combinations for a dollar and see if it comes in. Similar to putting 4 quarters in a slot machine and seeing if you win.
