Three Games up and running so far. One more to kick off in a few mins.

The Shockers jumping out early on Seton Hall 20-8.
Sooners in a small hole thus far against WGB with a score of 10-15.
BC starting out tough with a 6-0 lead.

CBS supposedly is offering free live streaming video of the games, but all I get is an empty waiting room.

Anyone successful in accessing the live feeds?

What's the trick? I just get a pop-up window that I guess is a waiting room, except it's empty, and says "Next Admission", whatever that means.

biliruben...I had the same thing here at work. but we also have a machine that is outside of our firewall and I get video on that. so, my guess for me was my work firewall was blocking the streaming video (or whatever it is)...maybe you have the same issue?

I'm getting the live streaming fine. That waiting room has a clock that lets you know when you are in. Those who signed up in advance get in quicker than those who did not sign up. Either way, once you are in after waiting in their queue, you just have to click on the link for live games, that brings up a little tv screen. You choose the game you want from the menu on the right. You cannot choose the game that is being broadcast over the air in your area due to blackout rules.

Huh. I signed up years ago, and opened the waiting room 20 minutes before any games this morning.

I couldn't get it to work either at work or home, so I don't think a firewall's an issue.

I was using Netscape. The only reason I thought it could be a firewall issue is because it was for me and I got the same picture you described...a waiting room with bars (kinda like volume bars) but nothing else...no clock or anything, which is what I get when I'm on the machine outside my firewall. Other than that, I've got no idea.

Bad CBS. Bad.

Strike everything I said. Amazes me how much of an idiot I can be. Didn't even realize the machine I got it to work on only had IE. Just tried it on mine with IE and it works. So, yes...Bad CBS. Sorry for the bunk info.

Good thing I read this now. I have IE in the office, will have to use that tonight from home I guess.

I'm glad I didn't get into the bidding for the zags. They went for as much or more than the 2-seeds in our auction. I'd be freaking out right now.

Oh, PD, the Musketeers nearly Perm Duded the pathetic and overrated Zags into the dustbin.

I'm tired of a certain college no bigger than a high school playing other high school level talent, winning their conference, and getting these high seeds when they have no business up there. The Zags are a great team in November, Mark Few gets his boys ready before the rest of the country has got things going, but come March, the Zags are overmatched. Adam Morrison is great, the rest of the team would be walking on in the Big East.

A great game, Zen. The Muskies almost did it without their top scorer & rebounder, and another senior starter kicked off the team a few weeks ago.

I had Pacific, Winthrop, and Xavier as first round upsets in my bracket. So close to looking like a genius, but not to be I guess. At least I got OU losing - as a fan of theirs I could see it coming a mile away.

Big Ten looking small and over-rated. Illini with a bit of a scare yesterday, Wisconsin currently getting crushed, Ohio State losing at the half and Iowa blowing a big lead early.

Ohio State pulls it out. Thank goodness.

Iowa, as expected, falls away from home.

Watched some of the Bucknell/Arkansas game, and Bucknell looked good. Never got rattled, kept to their game plan.

Man. You expected Iowa to lose?!! Why didn't you tell me?

The good news is that CBS seems to have tweaked things to get firefox working with the video feeds.

The bad news is that I logged in just in time to see that miracle 3 for Northwestern State (what state is that, anyway?) drop from the corner.

Post 21, baby!

Of course, if you'd listened to me, you would have had Air Force, Nevada, and San Diego State all as winners. So there you go.
