Hello all,
I run a league that is going into it's 5th season (realtime), we've had pretty much the same group throughout the duration of the league.
I run a pretty non-traditional league, obviously there's the basketball operations side of it, but we incorporate a business operations that has an affect on the basketball.
I think it's a great league for anyone who likes the simulation of being a owner/president of a professional basketball franchise.
The team currently available is the Rockets, and this is their roster at the moment..
Rashad McCants Kenyon Martin Antonio Daniels Ramon Sessions Greg Buckner Maceo Baston Mike Bibby Jeff Foster Pat Burke Thaddeus Young Anthony Carter Mardy Collins Earl Barron Kevin Durant Giorgios Printezis (draft rights) Ali Traore (draft rights)
If you're interested please leave your contact infomation and you can check out the league and what not and see if it's a good fit for you.

Yikes.
Let me guess.
Last place team?
I would have been interested but I have enough walls to bang my head against.

5th season? Most leagues quits after 2 seasons. If it's still going, I'm very interested. Let me know.

Setiawan,
Sorry for just seeing your message.
Yes the league is in it's 5th season, and that's realtime, we started in 2004.
Some guys have graduated from school while being in the league, as a result, lives are naturally changing so we're experiencing a little turnover, which is something we're not used to.
Right now I have 4 teams available, and I would prefer to give teams to guys who have experience with sim leagues and have some working knowledge of the NBA's CBA, as we go by most of those principles and some created specifically for the league which is all discussed in our league's CBA.
2 of the teams, OKC and Toronto, will challenge for the playoffs this year, they have an abundance of talent so each should be relevant for a long time.
In the case of OKC, they have max cap space next season in addition to their current talent.
Dallas and L.A. are both rebuilding squads, but Dallas has the most cap space in the league next year in addition to some budding talent, and L.A. being the market it is has the space to attract big talent for the next several years.
Here are the team's rosters, if you'd like to find out more, please let me know.
Dallas Mavericks Josh Smith Jamaal Tinsley Derek Fisher Brandon Bass Ricky Davis Craig Smith Luis Scola Kelenna Azubuike Hakim Warrick Nick Young Quincy Douby Roko Ukic Rodney Stuckey Morris Almond Cheik Samb Draft rights to Trent Plaisted
L.A. Lakers Boris Diaw Marquis Daniels Dan Gadzuric Trevor Ariza Daniel Gibson Dan Dickau Amir Johnson Steve Blake Johan Petro Channing Frye Randy Foye Kareem Rush Earl Barron Draft rights to Luc Richard Mbah A Moute Draft rights to Brad Newley Draft rights to Fran Vasquez
Oklahoma City Outlaws Andre Igoudala Monta Ellis Brian Cardinal Tim Thomas Fabricio Oberto Reggie Evans Matt Carroll John Salmons Andray Blatche Josh Boone Patrick O'Bryant D.J. Augustin Marcus Williams Brevin Knight Nathan Jawai Walter Sharpe
Toronto Raptors Emeka Okafor Kwame Brown Luther Head Antoine Walker Jameer Nelson Sam Cassell Jason Kapono Ronny Turiaf Dermarr Johnson Rudy Gay Eddie Jones Andrew Bynum Anthony Randolph Chris Douglas-Roberts Marco Belinelli Peterri Koponen Sammy Mejia Draft rights to Kosta Perovic
Serious inquires only please, if you enjoy a realistic, in-depth league, the NVBA should be a lot of fun for you.
