I will be curious to see what happens to our horses in the new year(week 1264 btw)...I guess some horses will improve with age and some won't,or actually go down hill....I am thinking that it may be worthwhile taking a punt on claiming some of those 2yo and 3yo horses that have showed nothing so far...Especially maiden claimers(under 5k ie)..
As for this week, I went a bit over the top and entered 3 horses in Stakes races...Parade shooting(2010),Yankee alphabet(2513) and Billie legend(4114)...So long as nothing goes wrong, Parade shooting(3/2) will win in a canter...He's up against 2 cpu horses and a first time starter...Yankee(5/1) has a harder task and i would only give him a runners chance and the same goes with Billie Legend(12/1)....Billie is a recent claim and i wanted to step her up in distance by a furlong or two...
All in all i have 19 racing this week..Most have a reasonable chance of getting itm...I am hopeful for a good week anyway...

Someone asked awhile ago what happened to 12 yo horses. Well . . .
This is kind of wild. Zgreat just emailed me and said that 12 yo horses will get replaced in your stable with new horses of similar breeding! In other words, you may actually want to snag a 12 yo or two . . .
