Subject: League Z season 3 talk Posted by: yankeesRule - [59681316] Thu, Aug 03, 11:44 the other post was getting too long so i decided to start a new one. How Did FA treat everyone I acquired: RP Antone Brooks 2B greg LaRocca OF Ryan Thompson from Free agency I got Ryan drese and some prospects for Miguel Rubio from the indians and I brought up Prospects RP Kevin Olsen and SP Ben Weber who are in the bullpen, future studs. and i brought up some fielding prospects to see how they do in the majors Peterson, Zamora, and Colon. This seson looks promising but hopefully this year i will be able to beat the AL West in the playoffs. | ||||||

I picked up: P: Tom Glavine OF: Omar Ramirez C: Jim Leyritz (to backup) SS: De los Santos I then traded the 35 year old with a 15 million contract per year, Jose Valentin, along with Wonderful Monds, who will not resign with me for next season, along with 5 million and picked up 5 decent prospects in return, so I am building for next season already. | |||||

I got a starter w/ 11 stars (3-4-4) for 5 years at 3 million... he's barely ML quality but I got him cheap because he was listed under RP's w/ a stamina of 400+... also got another FA RP that had 400+ stamina... got a ML RP and 2B, nothing great but that's ok... traded my starting SS and starting 3B(Ramirez) for prospects and also traded my second best RP for prospects... my minor leagues look much better now but I can't decide what to do now... should I make a few acquisitions to make another run? or trade a few of my legit hitters for more prospects? or stay put and have a .500 season and save $$$ for a run next year? I love this game... btw, Northern crop looks much better this year... | |||||
