Subject: Opening in O2 Posted by: Bean Dip - [24456316] Tue, Sep 26, 12:24 Our league is one of the most competitive and active out there, and is only getting better. Eleven of the fifteen managers currently in O2 are gurupies so our threads here are really active as well. If anyone is looking for a team, the Yankees are available. Write the commish and ask about acquiring this organization. The team is one of the worst in the league right now, and needs some rebuilding, but I'm sure a good manager could turn things around in a couple seasons. It does say reserved. I hope it is for one of you guys. I was actually thinking of writing the commish and seeing if he would let us auction the team off privately on the rotoguru boards, but now the team says reserved, so i guess he already has someone lined up. I presume it is you beastiemiked if you wrote him and asked for it, but i really don't know what's going on. I've never seen a team "reserved" before. Bean Dip | |||||

Well, i guess that would be good. We could get both beastiemiked and yankeesRule in as new managers. I guess we just have to wait and see who the team is reserved for right now, given that both of you have apparently emailed the commish. (I guess it might be somewhat fitting if yankeesRule got the yankees, though). Bean Dip PS. Assuming you each get one of these teams, welcome to our league. I think you will find it very active and exciting compared to most of the other leagues in Grand Slam. Look forward to playing against you guys and doing deals with you in the future. | |||||
